Billed monthly, in advance
$49.90 is charged when you subscribe, then on the same day each month until you cancel, plus any sales tax that applies.
Cancel online, anytime
In Account, then Manage billing. No call or email needed, and no further charges after you cancel.
Access until the month ends
After you cancel, Pursiva stays open until the end of the month you have paid for. Partial months are not refunded.
Your student's work is kept
Download everything at any time. After a membership ends, the account is kept for 12 months so a returning family picks up where it left off, unless you delete it sooner.

How much does Pursiva cost?
$49.90 a month. There is one plan, and every module is included.
What is included in the plan?
Every module: Essay coach, College list, Course planning, SAT coach, Activities, Recommendations, Financial aid and Application tracker.
Is there a free trial?
Not at the moment. The plan is billed one month at a time, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel online in Account, then Manage billing. You do not need to contact us. Your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for, and there are no further charges. Payments for partial months are not refunded.
What happens to my student's work if we cancel?
You can download all of it at any time. After a membership ends, we keep the account for 12 months, so a family that returns does not lose the student's work. After that it is deleted, or sooner if you delete the account yourself.
Can siblings share one subscription?
No. Pursiva tailors everything to one student: their Core Narrative, strategy, college list and recommendations. Each student needs their own account.
Which grades is Pursiva for?
9th through 12th grade, from choosing courses in 9th grade to submitting applications in 12th.
Does Pursiva write my student's essays?
No. The Essay coach asks the questions that pull out your student's best story. Your student does the writing.
How does the price compare with a private college counselor?
